Ένα πρόβλημα υγείας του ιδρυτή Αντώνη Δασκαλάκη ξύπνησε τις παιδικές του αναμνήσεις και τον έκανε να εγκαταλείψει την καριέρα του σε μεγάλες εταιρείες ως οικονομολόγος και να ξεκινήσει την δική του επιχείρηση.

Συνεχίζοντας λοιπόν την κληρονομιά του λουκουμοποιού παππού Δασκαλάκη και έχοντας ως μότο το «Η υγιεινή διατροφή δεν είναι απλά μια δίαιτα, είναι τρόπος ζωής», το 2017 ξεκίνησε το ταξίδι στην παραγωγή προϊόντων υγιεινής διατροφής αρχικά με δοκιμές και γευσιγνωσίες με φίλους και καταλήγοντας σήμερα στην ανάπτυξη πάνω από 35 προϊόντων.
