Chickpea flour, semolina and various dried vegetables and spices create a delicious ready-made mixture.
Method of preparation:
Pour the envelope mixture into a bowl.
Add 300-320ml of water and 3 tbsp of olive oil.
Add salt and other spices of your choice if you wish.
Mix, cover and let the mixture rise for 10-15 minutes.
Shape and fry or bake in the oven until golden brown.
Add 1 tbsp extra olive oil for baking in the oven.
