Recipe for Bioblastos lentil soup:

MATERIALS

500g Bioblastos lentils, one large onion, one chopped tomato, 1 tbsp tomato paste, 2 bay leaves, a tsp. garlic, 1 tbsp. olive oil, salt, pepper.

EXECUTION

Select and rinse the lentils well.

Then heat the oil and saute the onion.

Put in the pulp, the tomatoes, enough water to cover them and add the lentils.

Add salt and pepper, bay leaves, chopped garlic and bake for 25-30 minutes until they become soft.
